There are two types of code 502 error notifications.

    1. 502 - Access denied to your node
This error notification means that your user name and/or password are invalid. Ensure that your user name is identical to your e-mail address and that your password is identical to the one you chose when registering.br/>
    2. 502 - You've reached your maximum number of simultaneous connections
This error notification means that you have reached the maximum number of simultaneous connections that apply to your package. You will find an overview of the maximum number of simultaneous connections that apply to your package in My Pure Usenet.
  2. What is Mbps?

An Mbps (or Mbit) is a unit of data transfer speed. Many internet service providers write this as "MB".
  3. What is retention?

Retention is the number of historic days that content can be retrieved from one of our Usenet servers after it has been posted. Suppose someone posted a message on Usenet two years (730 days) ago. Under the current retention conditions (1100 days) the message can still be retrieved. If a message was posted longer ago, it can no longer be retrieved.
